为了解工业碳强度分布变化演进过程,有必要对不同工业碳强度的行业分布差异和收敛性变化轨迹进行研究。文章结合分布差异测算和收敛性检验技术,对1999~2011年重庆市工业碳强度的行业分布变化进行研究与比较。研究结果显示:研究期间重庆市工业碳强度的行业分布差异呈现出波动下降的变化轨迹,1999~2008年间行业差异通过绝对β检验,2011年重庆工业碳排放行业分布出现了显著的俱乐部收敛,全行业收敛为四峰,制造业收敛为三峰。重庆工业碳强度的行业分布特性表明重庆工业碳排放经历了从粗放到出现一定管理的过程;显著的俱乐部收敛性表明,应当针对不同俱乐部的行业制定具有差别的碳排放监管政策。
In order to understand the evolution process of industrial carbon intensity distribution, it is necessary to study the industrial distribution differences and convergence trajectories of different industrial carbon intensity. In this paper, the industrial distribution of industrial carbon intensity in Chongqing from 1999 to 2011 was studied and compared with the method of distribution difference estimation and convergence test. The results showed that the industrial distribution of industrial carbon intensity in Chongqing showed a fluctuating trajectory during the study period. The industry difference was tested by absolute β between 1999 and 2008, and the distribution of industrial carbon emissions in Chongqing in 2011 showed significant club convergence. Industry convergence for the four peaks, manufacturing convergence for the three peaks. The industrial distribution of industrial carbon intensity in Chongqing shows that industrial carbon emissions in Chongqing have undergone a process from extensiveness to a certain degree of management. Significant club convergence indicates that different industries should have different carbon emission regulatory policies.
