本文用纸片法药敏试验测定了联苯苄唑对24种重要医学真菌的抗真菌活性。在治疗17只家兔皮肤癣菌病模型中和治疗223例皮肤癣菌病人的随机双盲试验中比较了1％联苯苄唑乳剂及克霉唑乳剂和乳剂基质之疗效。联苯苄唑显示了广谱抗真菌活性,与克霉唑疗效无显著差别,但明显优于乳剂基质(P<0.05)。其局部耐受性好,副作用轻微。
In this paper, the antibacterial activity of bifonazole against 24 important medical fungi was determined by the disk-sensitive method. The efficacy of 1% bifonazole and clotrimazole emulsions and emulsion matrices was compared in a randomized, double-blind trial of treating dermatophytosis in 17 rabbits and treating 223 dermatophytes patients. Bifonazole showed broad-spectrum antifungal activity, with no significant difference compared with clotrimazole, but significantly better than the emulsion matrix (P <0.05). Its local tolerance, minor side effects.
