研究用人单位校园招聘行为和趋势规律,把握用人单位对毕业生的需求特点和选才标准是进一步深化客户关系管理、保障校园招聘活动顺利开展、指导毕业生提高求职能力的重要基础。本文以入校招聘南京航空航天大学2008届至2010届毕业生的用人单位为研究对象,设计调查问卷,以统计结果为基础,动态分析不同性质用人单位招聘行为规律,研究用人单位选拔毕业生时注重考察的知识、个人能力和意志品质。
