校长领导行为是指校长在教学活动和教育管理过程中,指引和影响教职工活动所表现的一种特定行为。教师职业承诺是教师对其所从事职业的认同及从事教学、研究的意愿。本研究以教师职业承诺为切入点,通过实证研究分析了校长领导行为方式与教师职业承诺之间的关系,并提出了供教育行政管理部门和学校管理者参考的可行性建议。
Principals leadership behavior refers to the principals in the teaching activities and education management process, guidance and influence of staff activities shown by a particular behavior. Teachers’ professional commitment is the teacher’s willingness to engage in professions and teaching and research. Based on the occupational commitment of teachers, this study analyzes the relationship between principal leadership behavior and teachers’ professional commitment through empirical research and puts forward feasible suggestions for educational administrative departments and school administrators.
