At present, the world economy is in turmoil. The economic growth among developed countries has promoted the formation of a new pattern of multipolarization of the world economy and the international division of labor. Excess funds, technological development, and modernization have accelerated the expansion of commodity exchanges and international investment activities. The Iran-Iraqi armistice provided a good environment for the reactivation of the contracted labor market. We are facing a new situation where opportunities and challenges coexist.
