我们在设计ZK65型数控钻铣床时,要求工作台作90度(四等分)、45度(八等分)和80度(十二等分)自动分度。为了满足上述工艺要求,我们在西德FIBRO手动选位旋转工作台的基础上,设计了自动选位机构。经实践使用,分度正确、动作可靠、达到设计要求。图1是此种回转工作台的结构图,下面介绍各主要机构。一、选位机构图2是选位机构示意图。定程套3上开有三对长短不等的定程槽,三种分度是由定程槽长短控制的。它借助于销4与转轴6相联,小齿轮9和凸轮8也固定
We design ZK65 CNC drilling and milling machine, asked the table for 90 degrees (quarter), 45 degrees (eight equal) and 80 degrees (twelve equal) automatic indexing.
