高师院校是为中小学培养师资的主要场所,其教育教学水平直接决定着中小学音乐教师的教学素养。随着音乐课程改革的不断深入和演进,中小学音乐教学成绩斐然。可是,作为培养中小学音乐教师重要基地的高师院校的音乐专业教育改革明显脱节或滞后于基础教育改革。笔者作为十多年教龄的一线音乐教师感受着中小学音乐教育的发展与变化,深深地体会到高师的音乐教育教学对中小学音乐教师走上工作岗位后的影响。其中,新任教师首
Teachers’ colleges and universities are the main places to train teachers in primary and secondary schools. The level of education and teaching directly determines the teaching quality of primary and secondary music teachers. With the continuous deepening and evolution of music curriculum reform, primary and secondary school music teaching has achieved outstanding results. However, as a major base for training primary and secondary music teachers in higher normal colleges of music education reform is clearly out of line or lagging behind the reform of basic education. As a first-line music teacher with more than ten years of teaching experience, I feel the development and changes of music education in primary and secondary schools, and deeply understand the influence of music education teaching in higher normal colleges on the post-primary and secondary school music teachers.
