为探讨兔消化间期胆囊位相性收缩(PCGB)与奥狄氏括约肌(SO)锋电位簇(CSPSO)之间的关系,将动物禁食但自由饮水15~18h 后,乌拉坦静脉麻醉。胆囊内置入装满生理盐水的蛙膀胱并与压力换能器(TP-200T)相连以测胆囊内压,双极康铜丝电极引导SO肌电。结果:兔消化间期胆囊(GB)间断地位相性收缩,SO 锋电位簇集发放。每次PCGB总伴随1 次CSPSO,PCGB与CSPSO存在1∶1 对应关系(Y=0.962X+ 0.587, r= 0.982, P< 0.01)。PCGB幅度与对应CSPSO积分之间呈正相关(Y= 0.025X+ 1.130,r= 0.968, P< 0.01)。提示兔消化间期GB及SO同步节律性地收缩与舒张,可能与GB更好地储存浓缩胆汁及胆总管的自净作用有关。
To investigate the relationship between PCGB and SOPS frontal potential cluster (CSPSO) during intergastric rabbits, the animals were fasted but were allowed to freely drink water for 15 to 18 hours after anesthesia with urethane. Gallbladder bladder filled with normal saline frog bladder and pressure transducers (TP-200T) connected to measure the gallbladder pressure, bipolar Kang electrode wire guide SO EMG. Results: The interphalangeal gallbladder (GB) of rabbit interpenetrated intermittently and the SO front potential cluster was distributed. There was a 1: 1 correspondence between PCGB and CSPSO in each PCGB accompanied by 1 CSPSO (Y = 0.962X + 0.587, r = 0.982, P <0.01). PCGB amplitude and the corresponding CSPSO score was positively correlated (Y = 0.025X + 1.130, r = 0.968, P <0.01). Prompt GB and rabbit during interphase GB and SO synchronous rhythmic contraction and relaxation may be related to GB better storage of concentrated bile and common bile duct self-purification effect.
