随着私有制的产生,父系氏族取代了母系氏族,人类由此进入男权社会。虽然女性承担着人类再生产重任的同时也从事繁重的家务劳动,但是现实生活中这被认为是女性的本能或者自然属性。在中国“男主外,女主内”的思想观念仍占据主导地位,广大女性被束缚在家庭领域,只能从事家务劳动、照顾孩子、孝顺公婆之类的工作。女权运动已经进行了一个多世纪,越来越多的女性走出了家庭,但是职业女性仍然遭受诸多不公正待遇。本文对女性职场中的困境进行分析,试图对女性发展提出建议 With the birth of private ownership, the patriarchal clan replaced the matriarchal clan and thus humanity entered the patriarchal society. Although women bear the heavy responsibility of human reproduction while engaged in heavy domestic work, but in real life, this is considered to be the instinct or natural attribute of women. In China, the ideology of “men and women outside and inside women hostess” still occupies a dominant position. The majority of women are bound to family fields and can only engage in such tasks as housework, caring for children and filial piety. The feminist movement has been going on for more than a century. More and more women are out of the family, but working women are still suffering from many unfair treatment. This article analyzes the predicament in the female workplace and tries to make suggestions on the development of women
