本文针对高校教材出版的“库存瓶颈”问题,通过构建理想模型,分析了出版社高校教材的库存情况,并结合具体经营活动中可能碰到的各种问题,研究突破“库存瓶颈”的应对策略。
This article aims at the issue of “bottleneck ” in the textbooks published by colleges and universities. By constructing an ideal model, this paper analyzes the inventory of teaching materials in colleges and universities and combines various problems that may be encountered in the specific business activities to study the bottleneck "Coping strategies.
