为了提高纯铜表面的耐磨性,利用渗铝-内氧化工艺制备了A12O3/Cu表面复合层,并研究了获得的表面复合层的组织结构、硬度及耐磨性。结果表明:利用渗铝-内氧化工艺获得的A12O3/Cu表面复合层,A12O3粒子分布均匀,表层的硬度和耐磨损性能有较大的提高。
In order to improve the wear resistance of the pure copper surface, A12O3 / Cu surface composite layer was prepared by aluminizing - internal oxidation process, and the microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of the obtained surface composite layer were studied. The results show that the A12O3 / Cu surface composite layer obtained by aluminizing - internal oxidation process has a uniform distribution of A12O3 particles, and the hardness and wear resistance of the surface layer are greatly improved.
