目的通过检测肺癌及正常肺组织中KAI1、FAK蛋白的表达及其与临床病理学参数之间的关系,探讨其在肺癌发生发展中的意义。方法应用免疫组化S P方法检测54例肺癌组织及10例正常肺组织中KAI1和FAK蛋白的表达情况。结果KAI1蛋白在肺癌组织中表达下调,FAK蛋白在肺癌组织中表达增高,二者与正常肺组织相比差异均有显著性。两种蛋白的表达均与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤的大体类型及组织类型无关,而与肿瘤的分化程度、临床分期及是否伴有淋巴结转移密切相关;在肺癌组织中两种蛋白的表达呈显著负相关。结论KAI1和FAK与肺癌的浸润转移有关,联合检测这两项指标对肺癌的发生发展有重要的预测作用。
Objective To detect the expression of KAI1 and FAK protein in lung cancer and normal lung tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters, and to explore its significance in the development of lung cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of KAI1 and FAK in 54 lung cancer tissues and 10 normal lung tissues. Results KAI1 protein was down-regulated in lung cancer tissues. The expression of FAK protein in lung cancer tissues was higher than that in normal lung tissues. The expression of the two proteins was not related to the patient’s age and sex, the general type of tumor and the type of tissue, but closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. The expression of the two proteins in lung cancer tissue was Significant negative correlation. Conclusions KAI1 and FAK are associated with infiltration and metastasis of lung cancer. The combined detection of these two indexes has important predictive value for the occurrence and development of lung cancer.
