目的:探讨病房管理小组在护理质量控制中的作用。方法:收集2014年8月~2015年8月浙江省绍兴市第五医院住院诊治的680例患者为研究对象,其中一个病区设为对照组,另一病区设为观察组,每个病区均340例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上成立病房管理小组,根据两个病区护理管理质量控制情况,比较两组对护理服务的满意度和护理不良事件的发生率。结果:观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),护理不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:病房管理小组的成立,能够提高患者对护理的满意度,降低不良事件的发生,对护理质量的控制效果明显。
Objective: To explore the role of ward management team in nursing quality control. Methods: A total of 680 patients admitted to the Fifth Hospital of Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the study subjects. One of them was set as the control group and the other was set as the observation group. Each disease District average 340 cases. The control group was given routine nursing care. On the basis of this, the observation group established the ward management group. According to the quality control of nursing management in the two wards, the satisfaction rate of nursing service and the incidence of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of nursing adverse events was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The establishment of ward management group can improve patient satisfaction with nursing, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and have an obvious effect on the quality of nursing.
