对低温氧等离子体改性聚氯乙烯超滤膜的结构和性能变化进行了研究.实验证明:经氧等离子体处理的聚氯乙烯超滤膜表面生成了含氧基团,膜表面亲水性增强.处理过程中输入功率和处理时间的增加都会使表面氧含量增加,当输入功率为30 W,处理时间为1.5 min,预抽压力1.3332 Pa,工作压力26.6644 Pa 时,膜在不损失截留率的情况下,纯水通量增加10倍.并且还发现,当输入功率过大或处理时间过长时,膜表面有刻蚀现象出现,即表面致密层被破坏.
