目的了解榆次区儿童乙型肝炎抗-HBs水平,为进一步完善乙肝预防措施提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,对955名幼儿园儿童用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定抗-HBs,按年龄、城乡进行分析比较。结果抗-HBs阳性率为64.50%,其中农村幼儿园儿童抗-HBs阳性率为58.77%,城区儿童抗-HBs阳性率为65.27%。结论学龄前儿童乙肝疫苗免疫水平低,建议规定学龄前儿童加强乙肝疫苗免疫的具体时间,保护儿童健康。
Objective To understand the level of hepatitis B anti-HBs in children in Yuci district and provide basis for further improvement of hepatitis B prevention measures. Methods A total of 955 kindergarten children were enrolled in this study. Anti-HBs were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and analyzed by age, urban and rural areas. Results The positive rate of anti-HBs was 64.50%. The positive rate of anti-HBs in rural kindergarten was 58.77% and the positive rate of anti-HBs in urban children was 65.27%. Conclusion Pre-school children with low level of immunity to hepatitis B vaccine, the proposed regulation preschool children to strengthen the specific time of hepatitis B vaccine to protect the health of children.
