日本在组织政策和实践方面的五大创新1.在小学和中学设置更多强化班日本作为报告中典型的两个教育体系之一,其创新之处在于,同时在不同的年级和学科中,扩大强化班的覆盖人数。在1999~2007年间,日本八年级学生进入学校数学和科学强化班的人数比例分别上升了37%和30%。在2003~2007年间,四年级学生进入学校数学和科学强化班的比例分别上升了26%和10%。2.中学补课增多日本的创新还体现于中学阶段的补课制度中。
