利用压风分流控尘理论解决了长压短抽除尘系统在小断面全岩综掘巷道粉尘治理时出现的有害气体和粉尘在端头长时间、大量聚集的现象。试验得出压风分风量为60%,分风装置位于掘进机操作台后方2~7 m时,掘进机司机处粉尘浓度最低,约为18 mg/m3,粉尘在端头停留时间短,约为9 s。设计了“一键启停”程序简化了除尘系统操作流程,将除尘电控系统与掘进机电控系统进行集成,降低了除尘系统约30%的能耗和用水量。
