目前,新疆与60多个国家及地区建立了科技合作与交流关系,合作范围涉及农业、畜牧业、矿产开发、水利、能源、生物医疗等众多领域和行业。如今新疆科技对外合作早已超越激情澎湃的感性阶段,凸显出的更多的是,理性思维与务实追求。今后新疆的国际科技合作,将继续坚持“向西开放、经营中亚、拓展欧亚、走向世界”的战略,拓展合作领域,创新合作方式,提高合作成效,努力把新疆建成我国的能源资源战略基地和陆上能源大通道。
