“没有强大现场,就没有强大企业。”中国石油天然气集团公司(以下简称“中国石油”)不断发展壮大,跻身世界石油公司前列,相比其他国际石油公司,一个特色优势,就是夯实的基层党建工作——支部建在井队,打造强大现场。截至目前,中国石油的每一个基层单元,每一支钻井队、采油队、工程队,每一个车间,每一座油库、加油站,无论是在国内还是国外,党组织健全率、党员教育管理覆盖率均保持100%。当下,中国石油有基层党组织约4万个、党员70多万名,通过企业优良传统代代相承,团结成一块块基石,凝聚成一根根支柱,支撑着中国石油这座大厦。
