介绍了一种坐标测量机组合系统,该系统是由一系列组件和通用测量软件CM-MDPS组合构成。对两坐标机械位移系统、万能工具显微镜、老式三坐标测量机,均可选用本系统组件建造一台现代化的小型台式三坐标测量机,或单坐标、两坐标机。可实现对中、小型工件的空间几何要素的测量和参数计算、空间几何尺寸的计算、形状和位置误差的计算。本系统具有系统组件灵活多样、软件丰富形象、便于操作、性能价格比最优等特点,是老式坐标测量机升级的最佳选择。最后,介绍了应用坐标测量机组合系统对万能工具显微镜进行改造,使之升级为小型台式三坐标测量机的实例。
A coordinate measuring machine assembly system is introduced, which is composed of a series of components and CM-MDPS.
