本文用MTT试验方法观察了4种体外传代培养的肿瘤细胞株(YAC—1、EL_4、MLA_(144)和BCMG细胞)对4种化疗药物(丝裂霉素-C、5-氟尿嘧啶、阿霉素和盐酸阿糖胞苷)的敏感性。结果表明:MTT代谢产物甲膨与细胞数量呈线性关系,此方法不仅可以反映不同化疗药物对同一肿瘤细胞的抑制特性不同,而且亦可测出不同的肿瘤细胞对同一化疗药物的敏感性存有差异。鉴于MTT法经济、直观、快速和简便,从而为进一步应用于临床非实体瘤的药敏检测奠定了方法学基础。
In this paper, four kinds of in vitro cultured tumor cell lines (YAC-1, EL-4, MLA-(144) and BCMG cells) were observed using MTT assay to four chemotherapeutics (mitomycin-C, 5-fluorouracil, and M The sensitivity of cytarabine and cytarabine hydrochloride).
