例1 女,36岁。1985年8月中旬受凉后发冷发热,头痛,轻咳伴气喘,自服土霉素、庆大霉素约10天,症状略好转。9月6日,体温突然上升39℃,伴咽部溃疡、吞咽困难。白细胞计数2×10~9╱L,中性粒4％,淋巴56％,嗜酸细胞40％。外院给予输血、庆大霉素等,病情未好转,9月12日转入我院。检查:口腔上腭大片溃疡,舌尖、颊粘膜散在溃疡,双肺闻及哮鸣音。脾大2.5cm。

September 6, the temperature suddenly rose 39 ℃, with pharyngeal ulcers, swallowing difficulties. White blood cell count 2 × 10 ~ 9 ╱ L, 4% neutral, lymphatic 56%, eosinophilic 40%. The hospital gave blood transfusion, gentamicin, etc., the condition did not improve, transferred to our hospital on September 12. Check: large oral ulcers on the palate, tongue, buccal mucosa scattered ulcers, lungs smell wheeze. Spleen large 2.5cm.
