高职生要想熟练掌握锯割、钻孔等钳工基本技能,必须进行大量的反复练习,但这个过程很容易引发学生的厌烦情绪和焦躁心理,让学生觉得钳工技能培训是一个枯燥无味的过程,产生不了多大的兴趣,无法激发他们的学习动机。再加上技能培训条件比较艰苦,体力耗费大,高职生更是对钳工技能培训望而却步,闻之色变。要想将高职生培养出适应社会需要的合格人才,教师必须改变钳工技能培训现状,使学生在这个过程中感受到乐趣。笔者结合已有的工作经验,尝试提出几点完善钳工技能培训的对策与建议,以供同行参考。
