八倍体小黑麦籽粒发育形态学包括三部分:胚乳发育、胚发育和籽实皮发育。胚乳发育的全过程分为4个时期,即初生胚乳核分裂期(开花后5~6小时)、游离核增殖期(开花后6~96小时)、胚乳组织形成期(开花后4~6天)和胚乳形态建成期(开花后6~30天)。胚发育包括合子分裂期(开花后22~28小时)、原胚期(开花后1~9天)、器官分化期(开花后10~19天)和器官形态建成期(开花后19~25天)。籽实皮的发育包括已经发育成的果皮和种皮两个部分。 Octoploid triticale seed developmental morphology includes three parts: endosperm development, embryo development and seedling development. The whole process of endosperm development is divided into four stages, namely the primary endosperm nuclear division (5 to 6 hours after flowering), free nuclear proliferation (6 to 96 hours after flowering), endosperm tissue formation (4 to 6 days after flowering) And endosperm morphogenesis (6 to 30 days after flowering). Embryo development includes zygotic division (22-28 hours after flowering), primordial embryo (1-9 days after flowering), organ differentiation (10-19 days after flowering) and organ morphogenesis (19-25 days after flowering) ). The development of the seed coat includes the two parts of the peel and the seed coat that have been developed.
