随着社会经济的不断发展,人们一直在倡导可持续发展的重要性。而维持可持续发展的根本,就在于创新和改革。而幼儿园教学管理中融入人性化观念,是教学领域可持续发展的措施。根据目前幼儿园教学管理现状出发,本文从幼儿、教师和家长等三方面考虑,融入以人为本的观念,使得教学管理更加人性化。
With the continuous development of social economy, people have been advocating the importance of sustainable development. The fundamental to sustaining sustainable development lies in innovation and reform. Kindergarten teaching management into the concept of humanity, is the teaching of sustainable development measures. According to the present kindergarten teaching management status quo, this article from the toddler, teachers and parents and other three considerations, into people-oriented concept, making teaching management more humane.
