本文在了解了超载的现状及超载对社会的危害后,分析和总结了超载的原因和治理超载在经济、社会等方面的必要性。由于政府多头执法、执法不严等情况,超载现象越发严重。针对性地提出了对于我国有效治理超载的措施和建议:加大执法力度,并加强对超载源头的管理。 After understanding the status of overloading and the harm to society caused by overloading, this paper analyzes and summarizes the reasons of overloading and the necessity of economic and social control over overloading. Due to the government’s long enforcement of law and lax enforcement, the phenomenon of overloading has become even more serious. Proposed for our effective measures to control overloading and recommendations: increase law enforcement, and strengthen the source of overloading management.
