讨论高校图书馆的改革时,笔者认为现行业务机构的建制必须改革.高校图书馆的现行业务机构,大致上是按工作流程的阶段分工来设置的,设采购、编目、流通、阅览、参考咨询等组.在实践中,我们深刻体会到,现行的阶段分工建制,割裂了图书馆工作各工序间的有机联系,背离了知识的科学分类原则,因而在具体工作的组织领导、专业人员的使用与培养等方面,都存在不少弊病,阻碍了工作的开展,必须予以改革.
