癌症是由控制细胞生长增殖机制失常而引起的一种基因疾病。目前的治疗方法主要有手术、化疗、放疗、生物治疗、靶向治疗等。有些人的致癌基因比较活跃,在外界的影响下,容易患癌症。而有些人的DNA比较容易修复,患癌症的概率相对会小一些。Atoh1基因作为一种新发现的抑癌基因,能够控制细胞分化的最后步骤,确保细胞正确定型而不发生恶变。如果可以用化学药物有效控制Atoh1基因,它将是未来癌症治疗的利器。
Cancer is a genetic disorder caused by a disorder in the control of cell growth and proliferation. The current treatment methods are mainly surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, biological therapy, targeted therapy. Some people are more active oncogenes, under the influence of the outside world, susceptible to cancer. Some people’s DNA easier to repair, the probability of cancer is relatively smaller. As a newly discovered tumor suppressor gene, Atoh1 gene can control the final step of cell differentiation and ensure the correct shape of cells without malignant transformation. If the Atoh1 gene can be effectively controlled with chemicals, it will be the weapon of future cancer treatment.
