目的 :观察氨氯地平 (Aml)对高脂血症家兔红细胞膜脂质过氧化物及膜流动性的效应。方法 :2 4只家兔随机分为对照组、模型组、治疗组 ,分别给予普通饲料、高脂饲料以及高脂饲料加Aml连续喂 6 0d ,喂养前后分别采空腹耳中央动脉血 5ml测定红细胞膜脂质、脂质过氧化物 (LPO)、抗氧化酶以及膜流动性。结果 :高脂饲料喂养的家兔能诱导其红细胞膜低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (M LDLC)、膜共轭双烯 (M CD)以及红细胞丙二醛 (E MDA)水平升高 ,红细胞膜流动性 (M Flu)以及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (E SOD)水平降低 ,而Aml可以防止高脂饲料所诱导的M LDLC、M CD、E MDA水平进一步升高 ,并能防止M Flu水平进一步降低。结论 :Aml具有抗红细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤 ,改善M Flu的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of amlodipine (Aml) on erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxidation and membrane fluidity in rabbits with hyperlipidemia. Methods: Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into control group, model group and treatment group. The animals were fed with normal diet, high-fat diet and high-fat diet plus Aml for 60 days respectively. Before and after feeding, 5 ml of empty middle ear artery Membrane lipids, lipid peroxides (LPO), antioxidant enzymes and membrane fluidity. Results: Rabbits fed with high-fat diet could induce elevated levels of M LDLC, M CD and erythrocyte malondialdehyde (E MDA), erythrocyte membrane fluidity (M Flu), and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (E SOD), while Aml prevented the further increase of M LDLC, M CD, E MDA induced by high fat diet and prevented further decrease of M Flu level. Conclusion: Aml has anti-erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxidation injury, improve M Flu’s role.
