众所周知,建设工程材料管理对建筑施工企业的意义十分重大,合理的工程材料管理不仅能够节省工程成本,为企业赢得更大的利润,确保工程质量,而且在一定程度上能够增强企业的市场竞争力。本文主要针对材料的供应、价格以及存储发放等几个方面的管理进行了研究,从而提出一系列的整改方案,希望能够进一步做好建筑材料的管理。 It is well-known that the construction materials management is of great significance to the construction enterprises. The reasonable construction materials management can not only save the project cost, win more profits for the enterprise, ensure the quality of the project, but also enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprises to a certain extent . This paper mainly studies the management of material supply, price and storage distribution, and proposes a series of rectification plans in the hope of further improving the management of building materials.
