通过对森吉米尔轧机控制程序上的改进和优化,提高了秒流量控制功能。根据该控制程序在现场实际应用的情况,设计了1种基于轧制状态下动态选择AGC控制策略的程序,并成功应用于现场机组,提高了轧机的厚度控制精度。改进后,该森吉米尔轧机轧制出的成品厚度的标准差由原来的1.7μm控制到0.4μm以内,厚度偏差在5μm内的合格率提高到99%以上,显著提高了生产管理和质量管理的能力。
By improving and optimizing the Sendzimir rolling mill control program, the second-flow control function is improved. According to the practical application of the control program in the field, a program of dynamically selecting the AGC control strategy based on the rolling state is designed and successfully applied to the field unit, which improves the thickness control accuracy of the rolling mill. After the improvement, the standard deviation of the finished product rolled by the Sendzimir mill was controlled from 1.7 μm to 0.4 μm, and the percentage deviation of the thickness within 5 μm was improved to over 99%, which significantly improved the production management and quality management ability.
