针对航空发动机的转子叶片的振动问题,在传统力学的基础上考虑了偶应力,利用8节点6自由度单元,编写单元刚度矩阵进行二次开发.计算结果说明考虑偶应力后并不改变转子叶片模型的变形,前三阶变形仍然是弯曲,扭转及复合变形;偶应力的作用对刚度具有软化作用,使模型前9阶频率变小.
Aiming at the vibration problem of aeroengine rotor blade, considering the even stress on the basis of the traditional mechanics, the 8-DOF 6 DOF unit is used to develop the secondary stiffness of the rotor blade. The calculation results show that after considering the even stress, The deformation of the model, the first three deformations are still bending, torsion and composite deformation; the role of even stress has a softening effect on the stiffness, the first nine order of the model frequency becomes smaller.
