为完善高校图书馆信息空间管理规则、使用政策,有针对性地进行空间建设和制度调整,文章采用客观数据分析、问卷调查的方法,以广东外语外贸大学图书馆信息空间为例,对读者的使用情况和评价进行调查,收集读者对空间的使用规律和意见,改进管理政策。认为信息空间建设应在规划中加强空间分区及增加1~4人房间的数量。在管理规则上应从基本信息介绍、使用规则、行为准则、提供服务、违约与处罚5个方面进行制定,并在使用政策上提出可供参考的数据配置。
In order to improve the rules and policies of university library information space management and to make targeted adjustments to the space construction and system adjustment, this paper uses objective data analysis and questionnaire survey methods to take the information space of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies as an example, Use and evaluation of the survey, collect readers’ use of space rules and opinions, improve management policies. He believes that the construction of information space should be strengthened in the planning of space zoning and increase the number of rooms for 1 to 4 people. In the management rules should be introduced from the basic information, the use of rules, codes of conduct, the provision of services, default and penalties for the development of five aspects, and in the use of policies for reference data configuration.
