Objective To observe the postoperative visual quality of phacoemulsification with phacoemulsification combined with blue-light filtering aspheric intraocular lens (HOYAPY-60AD). Design prospective clinical studies. The study included 57 patients (57 eyes) with age-related cataract. Methods Fifty-seven patients (57 eyes) with age-related cataract who underwent phacoemulsification were divided into two groups according to the order of attendance and random table method. Intraoperative implantation of aspheric intraocular lens (HOYAPY-60AD, 29 eyes ) And spherical intraocular lens HOYAAF-1 (UY) (28 eyes). Follow-up 3 months after operation. General eye examinations were performed at follow-up, including visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior segment and fundus, and UCVA, BCVA, and low contrast visual acuity (ETDRS low contrast visual acuity chart ), Contrast sensitivity (OPTEC6500, light, bright, blue and blue) and fill in the questionnaire (Catquest-9SF). The main indicators of UCVA, BCVA, low contrast vision, contrast sensitivity and questionnaire scores. Results At 3 months after operation, 5% (0.49 ± 0.13) and 25% (0.25 ± 0.12) of 5% contrast visual acuity (0.35 ± 0.13) and 30Lux under the condition of 400 Lux under aspheric group (0.43 ± 0.15), (0.61 ± 0.12) and (0.32 ± 0.14) respectively, the difference was statistically significant (all P≤0.05), and the inter-and inter-vision glare conditions were lower The contrast sensitivity of the intermediate frequency (1.5c / d, 3c / d, 6c / d, 12c / d) was better in the aspheric group than in the spherical group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in UCVA, BCVA and questionnaire scores (all P ≥ 0.05). Conclusion The aspheric intraocular lens (IOL) can provide good low-contrast visual acuity and dark contrast sensitivity, suggesting that aspherical intraocular lens can provide better visual quality.
