目的:观察及分析68例青春期子宫功能失调性子宫出血(功血)患者应用妈富隆或补佳乐治疗的效果及不良反应的对比。方法:本研究纳入了自2013年7月至2016年5月就诊于我院妇科的青春期功血患者68例,随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组给予妈富隆治疗,对照组则给予补佳乐治疗,观察对比两组患者的治疗效果及用药后副作用发生情况。结果:接受妈富隆治疗的观察组,其出血控制时间为(25.67±6.92)小时,出血完全停止时间为(52.79±7.29)小时,均明显短于对照组。且观察组患者用药后副作用发生率如纳差,头痛,呕吐,乳房胀痛等发生概率均低于对照组。结论:妈富隆治疗青春期子宫功能失调性子宫出血(功血)不仅治疗效果佳,而且副作用少,安全性高,具有显著的优越性,值得在临床实践中推广应用。
Objective: To observe and analyze the efficacy and adverse reactions of 68 cases of adolescent uterine dysfunctional uterine bleeding (dysfunctional uterine bleeding) patients treated with Marvelon or Bu Jiale. Methods: This study included 68 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding in gynecology department of our hospital from July 2013 to May 2016. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given Marvelon treatment while the control group was given Jiale treatment, observed and compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and the incidence of side effects after treatment. Results: In the observation group receiving Marvelon treatment, the bleeding control time was (25.67 ± 6.92) hours and the complete bleeding stop time was (52.79 ± 7.29) hours, both of which were significantly shorter than those of the control group. And the incidence of side effects such as anorexia, headache, vomiting and breast tenderness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: Marvelon treatment of adolescent uterine dysfunctional uterine bleeding (dysfunctional uterine bleeding) is not only good treatment effect, and less side effects, high safety, with significant advantages, it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
