复合材料工字梁的设计属于多变量多约束问题,传统方法在计算时多采用经验公式,计算迭代过程繁琐,不能使材料得到充分利用。本文采用外点法罚函数的数学优化方法,对复合材料的工字梁进行优化设计,获得了较好的结果,与传统优化方法相比,加快收敛速度,缩短了计算时间。
The design of composite I-beam belongs to the problem of multivariable multi-constraint. The traditional method uses more empirical formulas when calculating, and the iterative process is complicated and can not make full use of the material. In this paper, we optimize the I-beam of the composite material by the mathematical optimization method of the outer point method and penalty function, and get better results. Compared with the traditional optimization method, the method can speed up the convergence and shorten the calculation time.
