欧洲制定非公路用柴油发动机排放标准已经经历了相当长的时间和过程,并且标准仍在不断的提升。欧Ⅰ排放标准于1999年实施,欧Ⅱ排放标准2001年开始实施,并于2004年覆盖了各型号系列产品。欧ⅢA标准于2008年实施完成,目前处于向欧ⅢB标准过渡的阶段。针对大功率发动机排放的欧Ⅳ标准2014年实施,而针对欧Ⅴ排放标准的政策法规讨论也已经进入讨论阶段。
European standards for the development of off-highway diesel engines have been going through a long period of time and the standards are still evolving. Euro Ⅰ emission standards implemented in 1999, the EU Ⅱ emission standards started in 2001, and in 2004 covered the various models of products. The completion of the Euro Ⅲ A standard was completed in 2008 and is currently in the transition to the Euro Ⅲ B standard. The Euro IV standard for high-power engine emissions was implemented in 2014, and the discussion of policies and regulations on Euro V emission standards has also been discussed.
