结合城市内涝典型案例以及现场调查,以城市排水系统作为承灾体,初步提出了内涝风险评估指标体系,为建立风险评估数学模型、科学量化内涝风险提供了依据。 Combined with the typical case of urban waterlogging and field investigation, the author puts forward the index system of waterlogging risk assessment based on urban drainage system as a disaster-bearing body, which provides a scientific basis for establishing mathematical model of risk assessment and scientifically quantifying the risk of waterlogging.
