[目的/意义]针对“互联网+”背景下科研用户群体知识需求的个性化和全局性特点,研究如何基于科研用户兴趣模型构建知识推送服务模式问题。[方法/过程]通过梳理研究现状,从知识需求独特性和知识需求状态多变性两个视角进行“隐式+显式”科研用户兴趣模型与知识推送契合性分析。从个性化与全局化视角构建“隐式+显式”科研用户兴趣模型,并通过知识发掘与整合-知识推送-推送服务评价等过程为推送模式提供数据支持和决策支撑,满足科研用户特殊的知识需求。[结果/结论]实证研究结果表明,该模式可以从个性化和全局化两个视角满足科研用户特殊需求。
[Purpose / Significance] In view of the personalized and global characteristics of scientific user groups’ knowledge needs in the context of “Internet + ”, this paper studies how to construct the knowledge push service model based on the research user interest model. [Method / Process] By combing the research status quo, the “implicit + explicit” research user interest model and knowledge push fit analysis are analyzed from two perspectives: the uniqueness of knowledge needs and the state of knowledge demand. From the perspective of personalization and globalization, we build “implicit + explicit” scientific research user interest model and provide data support and decision support for push mode through knowledge discovery and integration - knowledge push - push service evaluation to meet the needs of research users Special knowledge needs. [Results / Conclusions] The empirical results show that this model can meet the special needs of research users from two perspectives: personalization and globalization.
