肾肿瘤在泌尿系肿瘤中,发病率仅次于膀胱肿瘤,居第二位:绝大多数为恶性,预后不佳,病理复杂,临床表现不一致,早期诊断有一定困难。我院从1935～1990年共收治肾肿瘤312例,良性肿瘤仅42例。 Renal neoplasms in urological tumors, the incidence of second only to bladder cancer, ranking second: the vast majority of malignant, poor prognosis, complicated pathology, clinical manifestations of inconsistency, early diagnosis has some difficulties.
