采用土壤稀释法从玉米根际土壤中分离得到1 182株细菌菌株,从中筛选对玉米大斑病菌具有较强拮抗的菌株24个。对24株拮抗菌抗菌谱的测定结果表明,KD16-13、KJ2-01对水稻稻瘟病菌、马铃薯早疫病菌、水稻纹枯病菌、尖孢镰刀菌、禾谷镰刀菌、链格孢菌、番茄枯萎病菌具有较强的拮抗作用且抑菌效果明显。
A total of 1 182 bacterial strains were isolated from maize rhizosphere soil by soil dilution method. Twenty four strains with strong antagonistic activity against S. turcica were screened out. The results of antibacterial spectrum of 24 antagonistic bacteria showed that KD16-13 and KJ2-01 were effective against rice blast fungus, A. sojae, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium graminearum, , Fusarium oxysporum f. Sp. Has a strong antagonistic effect and obvious antibacterial effect.
