用TN多克隆抗体,采用免疫组织化学和免疫电镜方法,对胚胎18天,生后1、2及5d幼鼠脊髓内TN的分布进行了观察。在胚胎18d鼠脊髓,TN阳性免疫反应产物主要见于灰质;而在生后5d,灰质和白质内均可见到,并以白质内反应较强。电镜下TN阳性反应见于神经元和神经胶质细胞的突起周围并和细胞质膜相关;TN阳性标记也出现在突触附近。TN在鼠脊髓内分布的变化提示其可能与脊髓发生、生长过程中,神经元和神经胶质细胞的移行及细胞构筑的排列密切相关,并与脊髓内轴突生长有一定联系。
TN polyclonal antibody was used to observe the distribution of TN in the spinal cord of young rats at 18 days, 1, 2 and 5 days after birth by immunohistochemistry and immunoelectron microscopy. In the spinal cord of embryonic day 18d, TN-positive immunoreactive products mainly found in gray matter; while in 5 days after birth, both gray matter and white matter were seen, and white matter reaction was stronger. Electron microscope, TN-positive reaction seen in the neurons and glial cells around the protuberances and the plasma membrane; TN-positive markers also appear in the vicinity of synapses. The distribution of TN in rat spinal cord suggests that it may be closely related to the occurrence and development of spinal cord, the migration and cell architecture of neurons and glial cells, and the formation of axon in the spinal cord.
