一九八四年六月廿七日至卅日,水利电力部水利水电规划设计院(以下简称部水规院)在上海市召开“黄浦江潮位分析”审查会议。参加会议的有二十四个单位,共五十一名代表。会议听取了水电部南京水文研究所所长吴正平付教授代表协作组作了关于“黄浦江潮位分析”研究的报告,并分组进行了讨论。水电部水规院顾文书付总工程师发表了审查意见,朱承中付院长作了大会的总结。上海市地处长江流域
From June 27 to June 28, 1984, the Planning and Design Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower of Ministry of Water Conservancy and Electricity (hereinafter: Ministry of Water Resources and Planning) convened the “Huangpu River Tide Analysis” review meeting in Shanghai. Twenty-four units attended the meeting, for a total of 51 delegates. The meeting listened to the report made by Professor Wu Zhengping Fu, director of the Nanjing Hydrology Research Institute of the Ministry of Electric Power on behalf of the collaborative group on the study of the “tide level analysis of the Huangpu River” and discussed them in groups. Ministry of Water and Electricity Institute of Gu Wenshu Fu chief engineer issued a review opinion, Zhu Chengzhong paid president made a summary of the meeting.
