模拟海拔4500米高原环境致大鼠肾脏适应性损伤的评估

目的:探讨模拟海拔4500米高原环境致大鼠肾适应性损伤的情况。方法:通过检测模拟海拔4500米高原环境下大鼠血清肌酐(Scr)、中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白(NGAL)及尿蛋白,选择成年雄性SD大鼠130只,实验组80只大鼠通过低压氧舱模拟海拔4500米高原缺氧环境,对照组50只给予常规饲养,于0、14、28 d留取大鼠血液、尿液,测定Scr、NGAL及尿蛋白水平。结果:实验组14、28 d Scr、NGAL及尿蛋白水平较对照组明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组内28 d Scr、NGAL及尿蛋白水平均14 d下降趋势明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性缺氧早期大鼠肾发生一定适应性损伤,后期有所降低。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the renal adaptive damage induced by simulated high altitude environment of 4500m in rats. Methods: 130 adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were selected to test the level of serum creatinine (Scr), neutrophil gelatinase-associated apolipoprotein (NGAL) Rat hypoxia environment 4500 m above sea level by simulating altitude hypoxia, 50 rats in the control group were routinely fed, blood and urine were collected at 0, 14, and 28 days, and Scr, NGAL and urinary protein levels were measured. Results: The levels of Scr, NGAL and urinary protein in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group on the 14th, 28th day (P <0.05), and the Scr, NGAL and urinary protein levels on the 28th day in the experimental group decreased 14 d Obviously, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the early stage of acute hypoxia, some adaptive injury occurs in the kidney of rats and decreases in later period.
