目的:对HLA-DQα和PM位点进行多态性研究并应用于实际检案。方法:用PCR结合反相杂交技术进行扩增并分型。结果:获得HLA-DQα和PM位点的基因频率分布数据。结论:上述位点具有高度多态性,累积个体鉴别能力(DP值)达99.95%,是法医学亲权鉴定和个体识别领域非常有价值的遗传标记系统。
OBJECTIVE: To study the polymorphism of HLA-DQα and PM sites and to apply them to actual cases. Methods: PCR and reverse-phase hybridization were used for amplification and typing. RESULTS: Gene frequency distribution data for HLA-DQα and PM loci were obtained. CONCLUSION: The above-mentioned loci are highly polymorphic, with a cumulative individual identification ability (DP value) of 99.95%. It is a valuable genetic marker system in the field of forensic paternity testing and individual identification.
