我厂生产M6×35和M8×20标准内六角螺钉,原是用35钢调质处理,由于35钢冷镦时头部有开裂现象,冲头寿命也低(一般只有2000件左右),为此我们决定采取低碳马氏体强化工艺来解决这一问题。采用国内推荐的15MnVB钢来源困难且成本也高,我们选用了B2F钢进行了试验和大批量生产,证明用B2F钢进行低碳马氏体強化是可以达到技术要求的。我们采用的工艺是:
