各位来宾:大家好!我将以联合国《残疾人权利公约》为背景,站在残疾人语言及其语言教育的角度,与大家分享语言和语言教育的话题。目前,世界上大多数国家已经签署了联合国《残疾人权利公约》,非常有意思的是,公约中也提及了残疾人语言和语言教育这个问题。在这里,我想向大家重点介绍与联合国《残疾人权利公约》相关的两个主题:第一个主题是与语言和教育政策有关的特殊人群,第二个主题是语言、文化和社会和谐。下面我将以手语为案例进行分析。
Ladies and Gentlemen, everyone! I am going to share the topics of language and language education from the perspective of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and from the perspective of the language of disabled people and their language education. At present, most countries in the world have signed the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. What is very interesting is that the Convention also refers to the issue of language and language education for the disabled. Here I would like to highlight two topics related to the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: the first is a special group of people related to language and education policy, and the second is language, culture and social harmony.
