路基的压实质量是高填方路基工后沉降控制的主要手段之一,因此,如何提高路基的压实质量成为高填方路基施工的关键。针对某湿陷性黄土高填方公路路基进行了填筑工艺试验,压实施工采用压路机碾压、冲击碾碾压及强夯实,对碾压机械、填料含水率、不同压实机械的单层压实厚度等参数进行了试验分析。结果表明,考虑重锤夯实的需要,现场施工时填料含水量低于最优含水量约5%;压路机碾压的经济合理虚铺厚度约为40cm;当每填筑三层进行一次冲击碾压并在约5 m处进行一次强夯时,填土的压实度得到了很大提高,并有效地减少了工后沉降。
The compaction quality of roadbed is one of the main means of post-construction settlement control of high-fill roadbed. Therefore, how to improve the compaction quality of roadbed becomes the key to the construction of high-fill subgrade. The results show that, considering the need of heavy rammed compaction, the water content of filler in construction site is less than about 5% of the optimal water content; the economically reasonable virtual paving thickness of road roller compaction is about 40cm; At a dynamic compaction of about 5 m, the degree of compaction of the fill is greatly increased and post-construction settlement is effectively reduced.
