通过对经济行为和道德性关系的讨论,并对当代中国企业扩张中伦理规范情况的介绍,指出当企业完成一定的历史任务或者达到适当规模的时候,就有扩张的冲动。而在扩张过程中,有的是理性的,适合企业本身发展需要的,而更多的却是盲动的。本文从制度伦理建设的角度,对市场经济条件下的企业在走向对外扩张的过程中需要在伦理规范上所做的主要工作进行了粗略阐述,借以探析伦理规范建设对于企业扩张之意义。
Through the discussion of the relationship between economic behavior and morality and the introduction of the ethical norms in the expansion of contemporary Chinese enterprises, it is pointed out that there is an impulse to expand when enterprises accomplish certain historical tasks or achieve the proper scale. In the process of expansion, some are rational, suitable for the development needs of the enterprise itself, but more are blind. This article from the institutional ethical construction point of view, the market economy under the conditions of the enterprises in the process of expanding to the needs of the ethical norms on the main work done in a rough exposition, in order to explore the ethical norms for the expansion of business significance.
