一、丁苯橡胶的红外光谱膨胀联立定量分析在过去,用红外光谱测丁苯橡胶苯乙烯含量的方法,是通过测试700厘米~(-1)消光系数上出现溶解丁苯橡胶的苯乙烯吸收光带而进行的,但是,在丁苯橡胶中,除了苯乙烯之外,还有三种异构体,具有或强或弱的吸收能力,所以,应当考虑到丁苯橡胶的四种结构,应对这四种结构都进行了分析。700cm~(-1)吸收光带的红外曲线的正切,并不影响橡胶的吸收,因此,观察到的吸收,仅仅是指苯乙烯的吸收。苯乙烯组分的计算方法如下:苯乙烯%=(O~εp·u)/(O~εp~o) (1) First, the styrene-butadiene rubber infrared spectrum expansion simultaneous quantitative analysis In the past, the styrene content of styrene-butadiene rubber by infrared spectroscopy method is through the test 700 cm -1 extinction coefficient of the styrene-butadiene rubber dissolved styrene However, in the styrene-butadiene rubber, in addition to styrene, there are three isomers, with strong or weak absorption capacity, so should consider the four kinds of styrene-butadiene rubber structure, All four structures should be analyzed.
